Dalia began practicing yoga in 2009 searching for stress and anxiety relief. Once she experienced the benefits for her mind, body and spirit, it became her goal to share this practice with others. She enjoys all practices, from hot and steamy power classes to meditative restorative classes. In 2014 she trained with Mark White and his team at MBody Yoga in Jacksonville, Florida and earned her 200 hr RYT.She enjoys teaching fun flowing sequences and ending her classes with meditation.
Dalia’s goal is to motivate her students to open themselves up to possibility. She believes in meeting students where they are, helping them develop their own personal practice and taking their yoga off of the mat and into their daily lives.
